Saorsa 1875 is an 11-bedroom hotel in a detached Victorian villa in Pitlochry, Highland Perthshire. It is known for being the first in the UK to be 100 per cent vegan with a 'high quality' bar, restaurant and lounge areas that offer a selection of plant-based meals. The hotel has been running as a getaway for vegetarians and vegans, taking up a 'unique' position in the hospitality sector. ITV have reportedly shelved their big-budget musical show Mamma Mia! I Have A Dream after just one series.
