Aisling Bea has opened up about her horrifying accident that left her arm 'hanging off' during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show on Thursday.  The comedian, 40, revealed she got 'knocked down off her bike in the pandemic' which left her needing surgery to have her shoulder 'totally reconstructed'.  She said: 'I was supposed to have keyhole surgery on my shoulder from an accident two days beforehand but when I went in, they found out my arm was hanging off.
