Adam Brand talked to me on Tuesday about the devastating personal harm he suffered after his Gold Coast home was severely damaged in a fire. Although several of his music awards were lost in the fire, the country music legend, 53, told 7News that the items of sentimental value were the most affected. 'I'm more worried about losing my children's drawings because they mean more to me than the awards,' he said.

Lucy Letby used a mystery code to track her murder dates in a notebook she kept in her bedroom

Rob Woods, England's most prolific child killer (left), was a 'copious writer of notes,' with hundreds of Post-it notes and scraps of paper found at her house. Officers also discovered her 2016 diary (right). A string of asterisks that police claim related to "important events" was included among jottings in coloured pens and childlike illustrations of animals. Dates are listed on the calendar (seen red circles): June 23 and 24. Baby O was killed on the first day, one of three triplets, as the second corresponded to her deadly assault on her brother, Baby P. The jury could not reach a decision related to a charge of attempted murder of Baby Q.

After murdering babies, Lucy Letby: A killer nurse wrote a letter confessing to 'I am evil, I did this.'

Lucy Letby (left) wrote a 'confession' in which she described herself as a "terrible person" and wrote, 'I DID THIS.' The note (bottom right) was discovered in her diary by police after they searched her Chester home after her detention. "I killed them on purpose because I'm not strong enough," she wrote in her bedroom in 2016. I would never have children or marry, nor do I know what it's like to have a family.' Other strange and chaotic writings were also recovered from her handbag and garage. She argued that the green note was not proof that she killed and injured the children but that she had written it when she was'struggling' physically because she suspected she might have made mistakes at work and accidentally hurt the babies. In another note, the word 'help' was written in capital letters (top right).

After a mouth cancer operation, John Farnham's private 'final album' is in question

www.dailymail.co.uk, August 25, 2022
John Farnham and his lifelong manager Glenn Wheatley had been in clandestine discussions about the releasing of one last record before Wheatley's passing away from Covid in February this year. Farnham was expected to finish his project, his 22nd studio album, until he discovered a tumour in his mouth, which delayed the project. There are concerns that the iconic singer of You're The Voice will never be able to sing or perform again.
