Aaron Lazar, an American artist and entrepreneur, is a child of the United States.

Early life and education

Lazar was born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Lazar is of Jewish descent. He graduated from Cherry Hill High School West, where he first started singing and performing in musicals, while still excelling academically and in field as a discus and javelin thrower. While completing the prerequisite classes for medical school and taking the MCAT, Lazar attended Duke University, where he received a BA magna cum lauded. After being accepted as one of only two masters candidates at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), he put off plans to be a surgeon by receiving an MFA in musical theater before heading to New York City.

Lazar's career has included theater, film, television, concert, cabaret, and more recently produced.

Aaron has appeared with some of the world's best symphonies, from Carnegie Hall to the Kennedy Center to Masada, as both a guest artist and soloist with his own critically acclaimed one-man performance 'Broadway to Hollywood.' On numerous Broadway and off-Broadway cast albums, his voice can be heard.
