Horton the Elephant struggles to protect a microscopic community from his neighbors who refuse to believe it exists.

A happy-go-lucky elephant finds a speck of dust floating in the jungle. Upon further investigation he discovers that the speck of dust houses the microscopic city of Whoville. The film is an adaptation of Dr. Seuss's 1954 book of the same name.
