An adult host asks questions to children aged 3 through 8 who often provided a "cute" response. The show was based on a segment of the Art Linkletter radio show House Party, as well as the TV series Art Linkletter's House Party.

The series came to an end in 2000, but it was revived by ABC in 2019 with Tiffany Haddish taking over the hosting duties.
