Celtic have started talks with Vissel Kobe regarding a January transfer for central defender Yuki Kabayashi. According to reports from Japan, the agreement is close to one for the 22-year-old when the transfer window opens in the New Year. After the arrival of Kyogo Furuhashi, Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate, and Yosuke Idechi last January, Kabayashi will be the fifth Japanese player on Celtic's books.
