The tablets, sold under the brand-name Klonopin, are extremely addictive and can lead to severe intoxication if combined with alcohol. Research suggests a rising number of people are abusing clonazepam - which is also knows by 'street names' K-pins and Super Valium - in order to get high.

Just a day after the passing of music legend Cissy Houston, her niece Dionne Warwick opened up in tribute on social media. Houston - the mother of pop icon Whitney Houston who had a Grammy-winning music career herself - passed away at 91 on Monday while receiving hospice care for Alzheimer's disease. Warwick, 83, took to her verified X (formerly Twitter ) account on Tuesday to offer a heartfelt tribute to her aunt.

Cissy Houston, who died this week at 91, was the mother to massive superstar Whitney Houston. But before Whitney was born, Cissy was a major star on her own who performed on big stages and hit red carpets with the best of them. Cissy - who was born Emily Drinkard in 1933 - was a successful soul and gospel singer in the 1960s and 1970s.

A bride who found out her fiancé had cheated on her went ahead with the £35,000 wedding - without a groom. She said she confronted him and he left the family home and distraught Lindsay cancelled their upcoming ceremony.
