Grace Tame has been working on her fitness and living her best life.  The 2021 Australian of the Year showed off her gains in an Instagram post on Tuesday.  The 28-year-old an activist went for a run around Sydney Harbour Bridge, her rippling muscles on show.

As she posed at the star-studded function, the 28-year-old, a campaigner and sexual assault survivor, revealed her faded ink. She posed in a figure-hugging blue mini dress with a slit.

Nicolas Cage, 58, and his partner Riko Shibata, 27, have welcomed their first child together. On Wednesday, Riko gave birth to the couple's baby girl, August Francesca Coppola Cage, at a hospital in Los Angeles. A rep for the actor confirmed the news to PEOPLE and assured followers that 'Mother and daughter are doing fine.'
