Vinnie Jones is in love. 'I never thought this would happen in a million years,' says the footballer turned Hollywood tough guy, 59, who lost his wife Tanya (bottom right) to cancer five years ago. 'After that I thought, "I'm done."' The former leader of the so-called Crazy Gang of hard-nut players at Wimbledon (inset in the infamous picture with Paul Gascoigne) has appeared in nearly 100 films since his mate Guy Ritchie cast him as a brutal debt collector in Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels in 1998. Now he's about to play gangster Danny Driscoll in the wonderful musical stage version of Only Fools And Horses. He'll have someone special cheering him on during his three-week Christmas run - Emma Ford, an English actor and script consultant (top right in Vinnie Jones In The Country).

Supporters of all 72 clubs in the second, third and fourth tiers have been urged by Sky Bet and the BHF to unite behind the Every Minute Matters campaign and learn lifesaving CPR, with the upcoming matches set aside to help raise awareness. The movement has already helped to inspire 90,000 people to learn the life-saving skill through the BHF's online tool, RevivR, since the partnership began in May. Research from Sky Bet revealed that while many supporters are likely to need to use CPR in their lifetime, 45 per cent lack the confidence to perform the manoeuvre.
