www.dailymail.co.uk, August 28, 2024
Vinnie Jones was left 'emotional' this morning as he heard that his iconic CPR advert had helped a man save his best-friend's life after he collapsed while playing football. The former footballer played a starring role in the British Heart Foundation's Hands-Only television advert back in 2012. In the commercial, the British hardman encouraged people to perform CPR to the rhythm of the Bee Gee classic disco hit Stayin Alive. The memorable message stayed with Tom Dunning, from Lincoln, who used the information to save his friend Lucas in 2018. The pair had been playing six-a-side on a 'normal misty night' when Lucas suddenly collapsed at half-time. Despite having no prior training, Tom jumped into action and performed hands-only CPR for about 15 mins until ambulance crews turned up and rushed his friend to hospital.

It's subtle, stylish, and very British, so no wonder the Gentlemen of Netflix has fallen for Charles and Kate's Royal fashion wardrobe obsession

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 7, 2024
The Gentlemen outfits on Netflix tell a tale that has turned into rack and ruin as a second son inherits a family estate that, as he discovers, has devolved into rack and ruin. Needless to say, it's also a tale of Barbour jackets, wellies, and Prince of Wales checks. Susie Glass (HoKaya Scodelario)'s subtuitive style echoes the Princess of Wales' beautifully curated wardrobe, while Eddie Horniman (Theo James ) mimics a dressed down Prince William. The Gentlemen's wardrobe, created by costume designer Lou Lou Bontemps, gives endless fashion inspiration, beautifully encapsulating each character in classic-with-a-twist country wear outfits as well as luxurious fashion prints, as well as a strong similarity to our own royal family.

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 6, 2024
Here we go again: I was shocked to learn that senior Tory MP William Wragg, the vice chairman of the distinguished 1922 committee, was trapped in a honey trap. Not only had he revealed himself intimately to a stranger on social media, but he'd also passed on the personal phone numbers of MPs, including a minister, in an attempt to prevent himself from being humiliated publicly. An MP's behavior is being investigated by police, who may have deemed this as a "malicious exchange." But let's get to the point here.
