Attorneys on behalf of Janel Grant, 44, sued Dr. Carlon Colker in Connecticut, where she claims she was drugged by the physician with unknown substances after being referred to the clinic by none other than McMahon. Now Grant seeks to compel Colker and the clinic, Peak Wellness, to turn over her electronic medical and billing records as well as any messages between McMahon and the physician concerning herself.

Janel Grant, who filed a lawsuit against McMahon earlier this year, has accused the 79-year-old billionaire of sexual assault, emotional abuse and human trafficking from her time working for his wrestling promotion. Grant previously agreed to a $3million settlement in exchange for signing a nondisclosure agreement in 2022, but filed the lawsuit in January after he stopped making payments following the initial $1m installment.

Former WWE employee Janel Grant has consented to stay her case against McMahon while the Government conducts its own investigation. In a statement to DailyMail.com, Grant's attorney Ann Callis said: 'Ms. Grant has consented to a request by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York to stay her case against Mr. McMahon, WWE and Mr. Laurinaitis, pursuant to a pending non-public investigation.
