Trammell Crow, 72, has been accused of funding and assisting a sex trafficking network involving 100 people. Harlan Crow, his brother, made news when he said he was lauded for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. The two women who suspect Trammell Crow and others were allegedly drugged by a network of complicit doctors and coerced to perform sex acts. Judge Fred Biery, a San Antonio judge, ordered that the lawsuit proceed to trial on Monday. According to DailyMail.com, John Balestriere, a women's advocate, was 'extremely pleased' with the decision and looked forward to trial, which included gathering evidence and deposing the defendants. Crow's lawyers said the decision was 'disappointing, but not surprising, considering that the court is forbidden from challenging the veracity's assertions at this early stage. 'We continue to deny the charges and believe the plaintiffs' story paints a picture of many complicated and broken household relationships,' they said. 'The account of events surrounding our client's participation in this tale is both absurd and blatantly inaccurate.'
