A'sadistic' killer who left his girlfriend's body in a bath for seven weeks while using her Facebook account to seek'sexual relationships' with her mates has been sentenced to life. Tony Brooks (left), 36, strangled Kirstie Ellis (right), 35, leaving her blood-spattered two-story terraced house in Stanningley, West Yorkshire, looking like a 'true house of horrors.' Ms Ellis was killed on February 1, according to police, but her body was not discovered until March 25 (forensic officers on scene, inset) after Brooks was arrested on suspicion of a robbery in his home city of Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The Leeds Crown Court heard how Brooks returned to the house after the murder of her possessions, despite the fact that she remains decomposed in the house. However, he used Facebook to guess her identity, told her friends that she was safe and asking them if they should date him.
