According to a MailOnline probe, at least 20 Chilean nationals have been arrested since the start of 2022. Three gangs were jailed for a total of almost 25 years in recent weeks, with some liable to return to Chile if they were released. However, senior detectives admit they have no idea of the severity of the issue.
