Coming to the end of our European trip. Harrison has been to London, Bath, Copenhagen, Malmo, Falsterbo, Stockholm and soon Manchester and Newport before heading home through NYC and Pittsburgh! Not bad for a 6 month old! (4 when we left). Looking forward to being back home but so happy we were able to introduce him to so much of his wider family. Welcome to the world H! The journey is just beginning. #JetSetBaby

This photo seems appropriate today. Dressed in black in an empty bowling alley. My heart hurts for America. For the promise it had. This was supposed to be a country that did things better. The land of opportunity. The land of the free. Those were the boasts. The language that drew myself and many other immigrants like me to come here since the dawn of this republic. To contribute and succeed. How can we do that when we limit peoples growth? When the few enforce their beliefs on the many? When we accuse and condemn based on our own limited understandings of this life? The land of the free? A fallacy for so many people that call America their home. Vote in November. Vote in 2024. Vote for people who care, who have empathy and understanding. Vote for equality and love. Please.

Confession time. That last photo was taken two years ago 😂 Taking care of this little one hasn’t left much time for weightlifting or eating enough! But we’re settling into a groove now and hopefully I can get back to working out soon 💪🏻 Love to all the mums and dads out there. Parenthood is not easy!

A year ago I filmed my last scene of Prodigal Son and Jennifer and I ended one chapter and began another. Sometimes you’re lucky enough to feel when you’re in a change and other times it’s only when you look back that you realize one was upon you. After the show finished Jen and I drove back across America unaware that she was already pregnant and a new life was literally beginning. Parenting is hard, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else with anyone else than where I am now. Enjoying this chapter before the next turn of a page takes us somewhere else ❤️
