Kyle Shanahan, the San Francisco 49ers' coach, is angry about the NFL's hat policy, alleging that the league is compelled him to wear new models he dislikes, while banning him from wearing older caps he prefers. Via Yahoo Sports, Shanahan said, 'I have such beef with them right now.' It's a difficult problem.' I wouldn't be able to choose my own [hat] from them. Since I'm not wearing one from a [previous] year, they won't let me wear one that's older than a year, I can't wear like an older one. I've got to wear the new ones they've got this year,' Shanahan said. 'Unfortunately, there are none I like wearing.'
