Tim Hill, 29, told MailOnline that Harold Shipman killed his great-grandfather Charles Henry Barlow, and that he thinks it's "completely unconscionable for DeadHappy to use his image for crude jokes and cheap publicity." Mr Hill, a six-mile radius from where Mr Barlow was killed in 1995, said he remembers the terror his family suffered during the Shipman Inquiry. He believes there could be thousands of other relatives out there who have been affected by the life insurance company's commercial.
