After struggling to resolve a dispute over a promised investment from Taiwan's Foxconn, electric truck manufacturer Lordstown Motors has filed for bankruptcy and put itself up for auction. On Tuesday, an Ohio-based Lordstown applied for Chapter 11 bankruptcy insurance, almost two months after Nasdaq warned it that it was in danger of failing. In midday trading on the Nasdaq, Lordstown's shares fell 35% to $1.80.
