Tara Leann Stiles, an American model turned yoga instructor and a founder of Strala Yoga in New York City, is an American model turned yoga instructor and entrepreneur.
Stiles expanded Strala from a one-studio in SoHo, New York, to a studio and training center, with over 1,000 instructors (called Guides) teaching classes in 15 countries every week to thousands of students.

Early life
Stiles in Morris, Illinois, grew up outside of the Chicago Metropolitan area. Her parents designed their passive solar home, with the understanding that her father worked at a nuclear plant assisting. Chad, the older brother who is an electrician, has one sibling, Chad, who is an electrician.
Career
Stiles learned dance in Chicago, where one of her ballet instructors introduced her to yoga. Marie Anderson Boyd, the designer of Aria Models in Chicago, was introduced to Ford Models by a local photographer, who was later acquired by Ford Models. Ford asked her to make short promotional yoga videos for the company and post them on YouTube. She completed a 200-hour course to become a certified instructor and continues to produce the videos, which have attracted over twenty million views.
Stiles was one of the first yoga teachers to recruit students using social media. Yoga Anywhere: Brooklyn Decker's YouTube video inspired a DVD with her sister, Brooklyn Decker, as well as one of her own, The New York Session. She began blogging for Women's Health and The Huffington Post in 2007.
