Jason Moloney has won his WBO bantamweight world title in Canada after an enthralling 12-round match with Mexico's Saul Sanchez. The Australian had to start from Sanchez's hot start, relying on all of his ring craft and bravilliany to turn the tables and edge to victory in Quebec City on Sunday (AEST). In Moloney's first defense of the belt he won last May, one judge (114-114) could not divide them, while two others scored seven rounds in 33-year-old's favor to the challenger's five (116-112).
