Stuart Allan Gray (born May 27, 1963) is an American/Panamanian professional basketball player.

He was a center position at 7 ft 0 in (2.13 m) height. Gray played for three seasons at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), from 1981 to 1984, and was then selected with the 29th overall (5th in the 2nd round) pick by the Indiana Pacers in the 1984 NBA draft.

He appeared with them for five seasons (1984–85 – 1988–89), before heading to the Charlotte Hornets (1989–90) and the New York Knicks in mid-season, where he also appeared in the 1990–91 season.

He has career averages of 2.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 0.3 blocks per game. Gray attended John F. Kennedy High School in Granada Hills, California, and graduated in 1981.Gray competed for the Panama national basketball team prior to going to UCLA.

Gray played basketball for three seasons between 1981 and 1984, and was then selected with the 29th overall (5th in the second round) pick in the 1984 NBA draft by the Indiana Pacers. He was with them for five seasons (1984–85), 1988–89), before moving to the Charlotte Hornets (1989–90). Gray fouled James Worthy during a game on December 12, 1989, when the Hornets were in Los Angeles, where he was suspended one game and fined $5,000. Gray was traded mid-season to the New York Knicks, where he played in the 1990-1991 season, winning his NBA debut with eight games. He has a career average of 2.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 0.3 blocks per game.

Gray competed for the Panama men's national basketball team internationally.
