Camille Vasquez, 39, will represent actress Q'orianka Kilcher in a court fight. On Wednesday, Vasquez was photographed outside a Los Angeles courthouse. Following her success in representing Depp, she has now become a celebrity in her own right. Brown Rudnick LLP hired her as a litigation prosecutor in 2018 and was given a partner position at the firm following the Depp's successful verdict. Kilcher has been accused of misrepresenting her injuries in order to obtain unemployment insurance. Following an inquiry into the summer, the Tde California Department of Insurance has lodged the charges. Kilcher obtained $96,838 in temporary disability insurance from 2019 to 2021. Kilcher was employed on Yellowstone for several months in 2019 before she claimed to be sick, according to the department.

Camille Vasquez (left with Depp) will portray actress Q'orianka Kilcher (right), who has taken on a recognizable name since appearing on 'Yellowstone'. Since being charged with two criminal charges for a worker's compensation earlier this year, Kilcher has launched a $90,000 court contest against the state of California. Vasquez made a name for herself in Depp's highly publicized defamation lawsuit, which the actor filed in Virginia against actress and ex-wife Heard. Kilcher allegedly collected 'over $90,000 in disability insurance coverage' and misrepresented her injuries to medical service providers, according to an investigation launched by the California Department of Insurance.
