KitchenAid, an American home appliance company, kicked off New York Fashion Week on Thursday with an invite-only event to introduce their Color of the Year, Hibiscus, a vibrant fuchsia with a matte finish. Marta Del Rio, a creative consultant, designer, and stylist, created a capsule collection of seven one-of-a-kind, avant-garde styles based on kitchen appliances with the trendy color.
