Jameela Jamil and Meghan Markle have all been subjected to hysteria online, but they have chosen not to protest it. On the 15th episode of Markle's "Archetypes" podcast, the pair spoke about everything from activism and mental health to internet bullying, and their shared belief in a better world. Jamil said she felt for the Duchess of Sussex and what she's had to suffer from online bullying in the episode. "It's an incredible amount of sh*t that you take, Meghan." "I can't believe it," she said. "I campaigned for years before I'd ever met you." .. . I'm so sorry you've had to deal with it. It has brought out for us the utmost unkindness, bigotry, and misogyny of our media. "I think and I hope and I have hope that the tides are shifting because so many of us are fighting back."

The Duchess of Sussex meets with British actress and influencer Jameela Jamil, as well as American-Iranian actress Shohreh Aghdashloo. Meghan and her guests explore why activism and "big thoughts" in women are often dismissed as 'audacious,' and instead used to make them 'feel small.' Miss Jamil, who has spent time in the United Kingdom and the United States, discusses her relationship with her, as well as social media trolling. Meghan claims that to stand for something is to'stand for something', but says, 'not everybody sees it that way, particularly with regard to women.'
