The brother-in-law of a father who lost his wife and three children in a deadly house fire in Hounslow last night has said the initial fire started in an outside bin on a night when Diwali fireworks were ringing around the house. Following the fire that killed one other individual and left one others dead, distraught father Aroen Kishen was seen by neighbors screaming "my kids, my children." Mr and Mrs Kishen's baby, who was inside the house when it went up in flames in just 'eight seconds, was among the victims,' according to the Sun.'

Michal Wlodarczyk, 39, his mother Monika, 35, and their children Maja, 11, and Dawid, three, were discovered dead at their Hounslow, west London flat earlier this week.
