Astronauts on board the ISS may not enjoy many earthly delights this year, but this year's Thanksgiving menu is truly out of this world. The crew of the ISS have revealed what they'll be eating for Thanksgiving this year, marking 50 years of spacecraft Thanksgiving dinners. The stellar menu includes dishes like roast turkey, cranberry sauce, and cran-apple dessert as well as some more unusual finds. This year, the menu will also feature duck, quail, and seafood, as well as chocolate, rice cake, and mochi. And, to really bring the astronauts into Starbucks, the astronauts will also be enjoying pumpkin spice cappuccinos to warm them in space's cold vacuum.

One giant slip for womankind! On a rare all-female space walk, Nasa astronauts' toolbox was removed (and experts claim it's visible from Earth)

Earlier this month, the satchel-sized bag was removed by astronauts as part of external repairs on the International Space Station (ISS). It floated away before they noticed it, and it is now orbiting Earth several minutes ahead of the ISS, at around 17,000 mph. Despite the bag being 200 miles above the Earth's surface, experts say it could be easy to detect by binoculars or a telescope because its white surface strongly reflects the sun's rays.

It was the first US launch in which every spacecraft seat was occupied by a different country - and until now, NASA had always included two to three of its own on its SpaceX taxi flights. Officials say that a fluke in timing resulted in the assignments. Jasmin Moghbeli, a Navy pilot serving as Commander, said her crew's makeup showed 'what we can do when we work together in harmony.' Andreas Mogensen of the European Space Agency, Japan's Satoshi Furukawa, and Konstantin Borisov of Russia all participated in the six-month mission.
