A shocking scene from the third season finale of HBO's finance drama, Industry, was nearly cut by the streamer. Co-creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay broke down the ending of the series - starring Game of Throne's Kit Harington - which follows young inner-city bankers.  During Sunday's final episode, titled 'Infinite Largesse',  Rishi's (played by Sagar Radia) world is turned upside down after his wife Diana (Emily Barber) is killed by his bookie, Vinay over his $800,000 in unpaid gambling debts.

HBO finance drama Industry returned with its season 3 premiere on Sunday night , introducing Kit Harington into Pierpoint & Co chaos before shocking viewers with an unexpected character death. With leading cast members Marisa Abela, Ken Leung, and Myha'la Herrold back at the helm, it didn't take long for the high-stakes series to leave viewers speechless. And the gobsmacking moment came midway through the episode when Robert Spearing (played by Harry Lawtey) slept with his predatory client Nicole Craig (Sarah Parish) on her luxurious kitchen island, only for him to find her dead the following morning.

Piglets does almost everything right. It's a proven format, the trainee-coppers-as-schoolkids set-up, a classic pioneered by Police Academy movies and perfected by Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The cast is a combination of eager newcomers and seasoned players, headed by Sarah Parish and Mark Heap as the incompetent, vain, scheming instructors. And the comedy is a broad range of slapstick, puerile scatology, wordplay, one-liners and running gags. So why isn't it funny? Not even scattershot, hit-and-miss or wide of the mark - just endless misfires? The simple answer is: its jokes are rubbish. The script is compiled by a committee of five writers, but it sounds as though it's been generated by AI .

Alan Titchmarsh was left close to tears after interviewing actor James Murray on his ITV show, Love Your Weekend. James, 49, who is best known for his TV roles in Primeval and The Crown appeared on the show to discuss his charity work after the tragic loss of his baby daughter, leaving Alan emotional. In 2009 he and his wife, the actress Sarah Parish, lost their daughter Ella-Jayne at just eight months old to a congenital heart defect.

On Tuesday, Sarah Parish and her husband Jim Murray enjoyed their luxurious Bahamas holiday. In a white swimsuit with a square neckline and key hole detailing, the actress, 55, looked sensational as she took a dip in the sea. Sarah and Jim, 48, were smiling side-by-side while holding a pig, posting a series of snaps from their day out on Instagram.

Amanda Holden, Sarah Parish, Lisa Faulkner, and Angela Griffin were documenting their new venture over the weekend as they celebrated 25 years of friendship during an annual Christmas bash at Estelle Manor country club and hotel. After the doctor who saved her baby's life lost his high-profile whistleblowing lawsuit, Broadchurch actress Sarah Parish slammed the employment tribunal system as 'corrupt.' When giving an empassioned address at a party held in honor of hospital consultant Martyn Pitman, the British actor launched a scathing attack on the tribunal service. One of around 50 people who turned out at the party to show their love for Mr Pitman, with the actor presenting the 'brilliant' obstetrician with £2,000 to send him and his wife on holiday.

Martyn Pitman (left), a student at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital (RHCH) in Winchester, where he had been consulting for 20 years, was fired earlier this year after raising questions about the hospital's maternity services. He told the Southampton tribunal, which concluded earlier this month, that he had been'subjected to brutal retaliation victimization,' a lawsuit that claimed he was denied a dismissal for exercising rights under the Public Interest Disclosure Act. Mr Pitman, a 'exemplary' clinical record, said he was made out of his career after he swore the whistle on bad care putting patients in danger and causing the woman's death in childbirth. Despite a surgeon's fears that if she did not get a natural birth for her second child, Lucy Howell (bottom right) 32, had chosen for a natural birth for her second child. Ms Howell died in March 2021 after a rupture.

When the trust's chief executive announced that he was a 'unacceptable danger' to patient welfare, an NHS consultant who raised doubts that a young mother's death in childcare was the result of clinical negligence told a tribunal. To Alex Whitfield's 'astonishment' when she inquired about what evidence she had of this, she replied 'I don't have none.' The consultant of 20 years with a "exemplary" clinical record claims he was coerced out of his work when he blew the whistle on bad care that put patients in risk and caused the woman's death in childbirth. According to the 57-year-old, he was subjected to a'vexatiously initiated' discipline for blowing the whistle in 2019.

Martyn Pitman (pictured left) said he spoke out against women being pressured to have natural births over caesarean sections. When midwives were told to encourage pregnant women to give birth naturally rather than via Caesarean section, the consultant said he'put his head on the line' to protest this. After a suggestion that a Caesarean was 'lost,' Mr Pitman said he also raised questions about the 'avoidable' death of a woman during childbirth. Despite a surgeon's fears that if she did, Lucy Howell (pictured right and inset with Matthew Howell), 32, had chosen a natural birth for her second child. Ms Howell died in March 2021 after a rupture and although daughter Pippa survived, she died of cancer.

Dr. Martyn Pitman and Sarah Parish appeared on Good Morning Britain to talk about their work. He was employed at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester for more than two decades before being dismissed in April. He was accused of battling with midwives over 'normal birth belief' and was refused by Hampshire hospital trust. Dr. Pitman has been suspended for blowing the whistle on "poor leadership, low morale, and staffing levels," and there will be an employment tribunal. On Good Morning Britain, Sarah Parish said, 'Martyn is the primary reason why I'm here, and Nell, my daughter, is here.' Martyn lived with Ella-Jayne and Nell through both of my lives.'
