When she was consecrated in 2018, Scotland's first female bishop knew there was limited time in which to make her mark. The Right Reverend Anne Dyer was 61 and widely expected to retire at 65. 'I'm only going to be bishop for a few years,' she said. 'I'm going to make it count.' Few would have doubted her resolve.
