Our kids summer camp was so great this year, different groups came together and a wonderful synergy occurred. The ProWresting section was a hit. I was sceptical not gonna lie but it was safe and very fun. The kids really impressed me. Great job Coach Deluca! #Mississauga #SummerCamp #Summer #Camp

We are soon approaching 2 years up north & I still can’t get over how incredibly beautiful it is here. We adapt our outdoor activities based on the season, right now it’s summer time so its kayak season, and of course beach season too! After 72 hours sick in bed I used a consistent and specifically timed flow of proteins shakes to help get my metabolism back up to speed, not to mention rehydrating. I fortified these protein shakes with berries, oatmeal, and nuts to make them complete meals. Today I feel like my old self and yesterday I started reintroducing regular food. #Recovery #CovidSucks
