The property, which was the home of the Potts family in the much-loved movie, is now on the market, along with a main flint house on site, for the modest sum of £7million. The unusual home is known as Cobstone Mill and is found in the affluent Buckinghamshire village of Turville, around 20 minutes from High Wycombe and surrounded by stunning countryside views. The complex boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms and is listed online as having become 'unexpectedly re-available'. Following the huge success of the film, which starred Dick Van Dyke and Sally Ann Howes, the property was bought by the actress Hayley Mills and her film director husband Roy Boulting.
