Solomon Pena, a candidate for a New Mexico state House seat in November, was arrested on Monday after a standoff with a SWAT team in Albuquerque. He was accused of deploying four gunmen to open fire at Adriann Barboa and Debbie O'Malley's home and state Senators Linda Lopez and Rep. Javier Martinez, both Bernalillo County Commissioners. Officials said the shootings took place between December 4 2022 and January 5, 2023.
