‘selfish’ is one of those poems that just spilled out of me. it was being written inside of me long before i put pen to paper. over the years so many have resonated with this poem, so i developed a writing exercise around it in my new book ‘healing through words’ (slide 4-6) when we’re going through loss and heartache, writing is so cathartic. but so often we don’t know where to start. we feel so heavy with all the emotions- but don’t know where to put them. that’s exactly why i created ‘healing through words’. a safe space for you to write it all down and turn the page. #HealingThroughWords link in bio
