Prince William and Princess Kate, both 41, were on it again today as they competed in a netball tournament at the Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. On this occasion, it was Kate who triumphed. The Prince of Wales took the defense position, frantically waving his hands in the air to discourage the competitive princess from scoring. However, the Princess managed to score after a string of failed attempts. The more experienced royal watchers would not have been surprised by their antics as the determined couple faced each other in public debate, but it certainly wasn't the first time their royal highnesses competed with each other in a public engagement.

For the cameras, Kate and William went head-to-head thirteen times
www.dailymail.co.uk,

On Thursday, athletic William and Kate were back in action as they abseiled off a windy cliff in the hills near Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Kate was caught telling her husband, 'We're not racing.' However, William appears to have missed the warning as he sank to the bottom of the cliff, but Kate recovered after a graceful second. There's a theme to this: whether it's ice hockey in Stockholm or ping pong in Cornwall, the Prince and Princess of Wales would go head to head in front of the cameras. Kate is the sporty one, but former helicopter pilot William is no stranger to the octagon, and he's often seen as the best in their impromptu challenges. Here's a look back at some of the times the Welsh people have battled over the years, from Bhutan to Cowes. And the most significant part of all is... who wins?

I felt as though I should have done better.'
