Robert Alton died in May 2017 at the age of 70, but his'skeletal' remains were not discovered until this year, according to an inquest. Mr Alton's Bolton, Greater Manchester, Greater Manchester, (pictured) was granted by a court order to enter his address on March 9. Officials were asked to enter and used an angle grinder to cut a security chain. The inside was stacked 50 cm high. Mr Alton's body was discovered at the top of the stairs to his first-floor flat, dressed in jeans and a grey jumper, and police were dispatched.
