UFC legend Nick Diaz (left) will return to the octagon for the first time in nearly three years after being named as a co-main event by company president Dana White in Abu Dhabi. Diaz hasn't fought since 2021 when he  was knocked out by Robbie Lawler at a time when he was already believed to be past his prime. However, the 40-year-old fighter will have a chance to reignite his career when he takes on Vicente Luque (right) in a five-round co-main event.

As his brother, 39, who has not fought since his TKO loss to Robbie Lawler in September last year, the current UFC fighter, 37, can be seen swinging a few punches. One of Diaz' entourage is wearing a 'Team Diaz' cap,' so people are enjoying a cup of coffee.

After two years without a fight, former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has speculated at returning to the octagon this December. The 35-year-old used to win the title from 2011-15 to 2020, but he has since promoted himself as a heavyweight. Despite Jones' long absence since his last fight, he is still 11th in the UFC men's pound for pound rankings.
