www.dailymail.co.uk,

EatSleep Media, a Welsh production company, who works round-the-clock to meet strict deadlines, has given employees unlimited annual leave as a way to acknowledge their hard work. The company, which is headquartered in Cardiff, Wales, is following the footsteps of online giants LinkedIn, Netflix, and Dropbox, which all give employees 'unlimited vacation'. The theory, which is more radical in the United States, allows employees no set number of holiday days per year, which means they can take as much or as little holiday as they like. As a new initiative in 2005, Netflix, one of the world's top employers, was one of the first companies to provide unlimited holidays to its workers. Alex Feeney, co-founder and director of operations of EatSleep Media, said keeping track of annual leave 'can be daunting,' and that making them work would be difficult.'
