The Birchwood Café is back in Minneapolis under new ownership. The up-and-coming Minnesota restaurant, now known as the Neighborhood Café, was renamed by its new owners and may reopen in late April. Juell Roberts, Ray Roberts, Mike Smith, Mike Smith, and Jeff Zajac bought the building last month for $1.15 million. Juell and Ray have years of catering experience and served as Prince Charming Chefs for many years.
