An explosion at a gas station in Russia's southern region of Chechnya killed at least four people including two children, officials have said. The explosion of a gas tank triggered a fire at the service station in the regional capital, Grozny, on Saturday said Russia's Emergencies Ministry. Terrifying footage share on social media appears to show a fuel tank exploding at the station which has left five more people injured. Officials said the petrol station is on Grozny's Mohammad Ali Avenue, close to the centre of the Chechen capital.

Vladislav Bakalchuk and a group of men turned up at the offices of e-commerce giant Wildberries - Russia's largest online retailer - on Wednesday for what he said were peaceful negotiations that turned violent. Tatyana Bakalchuk, his estranged wife and the company's billionaire CEO, said he broke into the building with armed men and opened fire, in what she called a botched attempt to seize the company by force. Two security guards were killed in the bloodbath shootout, while seven others were injured as security staff faced off with the men in a dramatic showdown.

Putin's Chechen warlord crony has claimed Elon Musk switched off his Cybertruck after he reportedly sent it to the frontlines in Ukraine with a machine gun strapped to the back of it. Ramzan Kadyrov, 47, was filmed driving the vehicle, which he says was gifted to him by the billionaire entrepreneur, around what appears to be the presidential palace in the Chechen capital Grozny.  The footage, reportedly filmed on August 17, shows him standing behind a machine gun with a bandolier of bullets around his shoulders.

Shocking footage shared across social media shows the moment attackers opened fire in Wildberries' Moscow offices today, allegedly led by Vladislav Bakalchuk. Gunfire lasted some 12 seconds as screams ran out through the corridors while people tried to hide in the elevators.

Ukraine has launched what is believed to be the largest ever drone strike against Moscow since the invasion began in February 2022.  Russian officials said they shot down 11 drones flying to Moscow, and were forced to fend off a further 23 over the border region of Bryansk, six over the Belgorod region, three over the Kaluga region and two over the Kursk region. It comes after Putin's forces bombed a children's hospital in the wartorn Zaporizhzhia region, leaving at least one boy dead and four other young people injured.

A quartet of Moscow's soldiers are seen helping themselves in a MegaFon store in the frontline town of Glushkovo in shocking security footage. At least three of the four are thought to be from the elite Chechen assault force Akhmat, which was partially responsible for defending the border in Kursk, it is believed. They smash their way in by breaking a window before spending more than five minutes breaking into display cabinets and filling their pockets with tech.

'Elon Musk will be pleased,' the strongman ruler said from the driver's seat. 'It's a good comfortable car.' The 47-year-old warlord takes the Tesla for a spin around his 'palace-style' mansion in Chechnya 's capital of Grozny. A machine gun sits comfortably on its roof as Kadyrov wears bullets around his neck. The video emerged today as Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky said his forces were 'strengthening' their positions in Russia 's Kursk region, where Kyiv has been mounting a major ground offensive for more than 11 days.

The dictator, 71, was in a security council session on the crisis he faces due to Ukraine's dramatic invasion of the border areas of Kursk region. His very public hand-wringing and fidgeting (left) came as he was told earlier this week about how Russia had lost territory to Kyiv troops and - at the time - more than two dozen settlements, a figure far higher now. Lieutenant Colonel Vano Nadiradze, of the Ukrainian Special Forces, said more than 2,000 prisoners of war have been taken since the daring incursion into Russia's Kursk region last week. Yesterday, a £30million Russian Sukhoi Su-34 bomber jet was shot down and air fields were left 'devastated' by Ukraine's biggest series of drone attacks since the Kremlin's full-scale invasion in February 2022.

Among the dozens of prisoners, two men state they are from the Chechen city of Grozny when asked by a Ukrainian soldier where they are from. They say the men were captured in Russia 's Kursk Oblast following Ukraine's unexpected incursion into its aggressor's soil six days ago.

Sickly Chechen warlord Ramzan Kadyrov has published a video he claims shows him pulling a pickup truck in his latest bid to prove that he is healthy, as rumours of his poor health grow.  An aide of the ruthless Putin ally shared the video, claiming it showed that he 'pushed and pulled a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV.'  Kadyrov was seen squaring up to a two-tonne Toyota Land Cruiser twin cab pick-up truck, and strained through gritted teeth to push it, before trying to pull the truck by its bullbars towards him. This time the SUV appears to inch forward.

Putin 'must now decide operationally how to maintain stability when the tough Chechen dictator is no more,' the report read.

According to local media, the Chechen government introduced the ban in an attempt to promote more traditional music and forms of dancing. Musa Dadaev, Chechnya's culture minister, said, "We must bring to the people and to the children's future the Chechen people's cultural heritage.' This includes a full range of moral and ethical norms of life for Chechens.' The latest generation of jazz, which starts at 80 beats per minute, is much slower than a lot of modern day pop music.

Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen warlord, is adding to his burgeoning army by adding another 3,000 former Wagner mercenary warriors, contributing to a growing presence in Russia under his personal command. In a tweet on Friday, Kadyrov referred to the recruitment of a new'regiment' as 'good news' as he said the fighters will soon begin 'accomplishing combat tasks'. From the messages, it was uncertain whether the'special forces' troops would be sent in Ukraine or used for some other cause. They might have a'significant effect,' Kadyrov said.

The four Russian nationals, identified as Dalerdzhon Mirzhon Mirzhon Mirzhon Mirzoyev, 32, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, 30, Shamsidin Fariduni, 25, and Mukhammadsobir Faizov, 19, were all exposed to brutal detention conditions, including severe injuries, and they appeared in a Russian court on Sunday. ISIS, which claimed responsibility for the attack twice, has reacted positively today, telling Putin that the images and videos of the torture have only increased the 'bloodlust for thousands of people'.' In a recent video (right), Russian troops were hunting down another terror suspect, who was attempting to flee from them by climbing a tree. The soldiers smashed his head against the ground repeatedly as they confronted him after they threw him to the ground.

ISIS-K, an offshoot of ISIS headquartered in Afghanistan, claimed responsibility for the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue last week, backing up its assertion with a gruesome video showing how terrorists indiscriminately mowed down civilians with automatic weapons. The clip, which the terror group has described as 'exclusive scenes... of the bloody assault on Christians in Moscow's city of Krasnogorsk, begins with a terrorist carrying a knife into the main hall. 'Bring the machine gun,' the man who shot the video twice says.' ' 'They should be killed and have no compassion on them.'

According to police reports, the pistol used to murder him was Russian and the move is thought to have been a 'calling card,' and it is likely he was killed by a Kremlin hit squad headquartered in Costa Blanca. According to a survey, the same hit team may have been blamed for Sergey Protosenya, 55, who was found hanged after allegedly murdering his wife and teenage daughter (right) with an axe as they slept in 2022.
