Austentatious, a comedy group, will not use period costume to improvise a play based on a fictional Austen title conceived by Camilla as a centerpiece of the Queen's Reading Room Festival at Hampton Court Palace next month. The festival, according to the organisers, will be 'a literary festival like no other' and will depart from the old 'authors plugging their own books.' In coordinating the day-long extravaganza on June 11, the Queen has been "hands on."
