Developers revealed that they are planning to transform the $500 million project from an office space to an apartment complex, if approved by the city, the LA Times reported. The CMNTY Culture Campus, once envisioned as a 13-story office paradise complete with a recording studio, may now transform into a towering apartment complex.

Wahbi Mohammed was sentenced to prison for his part in the '21/7' bombings, a failed attempt to imitate the 7/7 bomb blasts that killed 52 people in London two weeks earlier.
