Patrick "Pat" Healy (born July 20, 1983) is a retired American mixed martial artist currently competing in Titan FC's Lightweight division.
Healy has competed for UFC, Strikeforce, the WEC, the IFL, the MFC, King of the Cage, ACB, and Shark Fights since 2001.

Mixed martial arts career
Healy, who held a record of 9–6, has taken part in a little-up promotion called World Extreme Cagefighting. Healy made his WEC debut against Chris Lytle, the future Cage World Welterweight Champion and UFC veteran, losing by a close vote.
Healy did not fight for the promotion for a year, but he did win four of his next five fights, including one over current UFC and Strikeforce veteran Paul Daley via guillotine choke submission. Healy returned to the WEC after defeating Tiki Ghosn, a veteran of UFC. Since Ghosn sustained his shoulder injury, the match was called off, and it was declared ineffective to continue. Healy then won his next four fights, including a victory over future UFC Interim Welterweight Champion Carlos Condit via rear-naked choke submission.
Healy was contracted to face Anthony Torres, a UFC veteran, at UFC Fight Night 6. Torres wrestled Healy down and arrested him on the ground before securing a rear-naked choke choke match, putting the fight midway through round one.
Healy signed with the International Fight League, playing for the Nevada Lions and making his debut for the team on January 19, 2007, winning by unanimous decision in Oakland, California. Healy lost after being knocked out in the third round to future UFC veteran Rory Markham and Miletich Fighting Systems' product Rory Markham.
