Nikolaos "Nikos" Anastopoulos (born 22 January 1958) is a Greek former football player and one of the Greek league's most prolific strikers and widely regarded as one of Greece's finest strikers.
He is the all-time top scorer for Greece's national football team, with 29 goals.
He is regarded as one of Olympiacos' greatest players, scoring 159 goals in 291 official games for the Greek powerhouse and winning the Bronze Boot as the third scorer in Europe in the 1982-83 season.

Club career
Anastopoulos was born on January 22, 1958. He began his life at Dafni before moving to Panionios, where he debuted in the Alpha Ethniki in 1977. Panionios lifted the Greek Cup in 1979 defeating AEK Athens 3–1. Thanks to Anastopoulos. He scored twice against FC Twente and once against IFK Göteborg in the Cup-winners' Cup on his debut in European competition, which was also impressive. His success earned him a prompt transfer bid from Twente as well as other Greek and foreign clubs. He went to Olympiacos in 1980.
Anastopoulos, also known as "Moustakias"), was a member of the Olympiacos during the 1982-83 season (19 goals), 1986-87 season (16 goals), and 1986–87 season (16 goals). In 1982–83, his goal-scoring exploits earned him the Bronze Boot as Europe's third scorer.
Anastopoulos left Greece to play for Avellino, Italy, ahead of the 1987–88 season. Despite having played well in the Italian Cup, he didn't score a single goal in Serie A and then returned to Greece the following season.
Anastopoulos returned to Panionios after being close to signing with AEK Athens. He continued his Olympiacos, Ionikos, and ended his career with Olympiacos (once more) after the 1993–94 season.
International career
Anastopoulos made his Greek national team debut on September 21, 1977, scoring 29 goals in totality, more than any other Greek national. He was a member of Greece's national team and scored the first Greek goal of the game against Czechoslovakia.
