According to Deadline, RJ Cipriani, a professional gambler turned FBI informant, is set to appear on television screens as a limited series more than a decade later. After seeing convicted kingpin and former college football star Owen 'O-Dog' Hanson in Australia, the television drama, dubbed 'Jackpot,' is now in Sony Pictures Television and will follow Cipriani as he's unintentionally ensnared in a dangerous and violent drug ring. The series, which is being branded as 'part Donnie Brasco and part of Ocean's 11,' will be produced by filmmaker Nicholas Stoller's Stoller Global Solutions firm, with Cipriani serving as the executive producer.
