Early life and education
Nay Chi Oo was born in Yangon, Myanmar, on January 25th, 1992, into a military family. Myo Myint Seint Sein, a businessman and former military official, and his partner Than Than Swe, a botanist and businesswomen, are the eldest daughter of a businesswoman and businesswomen. Sein Lae Yadanar, Nay Chi Oo's younger sister, and a younger brother. She attended high school at Practising School Yangon Institute of Education and graduated with a GCE Advanced Certificate from Cambridge Tutors College in 2013 and MSc Forensic Medical Sciences from University of Bradford. She has served as the president of Cambridge Tutors College while still attending university. She is currently studying MBA at the Thai Chamber of Commerce's Global MBA University.

Nay Chi Oo's beauty blogger career has blossomed thanks to the use of Facebook in the social networking network. She began posting make-up tutorials on Facebook under the tag: beautybynaychi. Make-up tutorials, make-up first impressions, beauty tips, and product reviews are all included on her website. She became one of Myanmar's most influential beauty bloggers at the end of the year.
In Make Me Beautiful by L'Oréal, a reality make-up contest television show focusing on selected make-up artists in Myanmar, as well as in the latest Face Actor Choice competition for Kha Thone Lone's film production in 2018.
She rose to fame in 2018 as an actress. She made her acting debut in Yan Thu (Rivals), alongside Nay Min and Wutt Hmone Shwe Yi, which premiered in Myanmar cinemas on December 14, 2018. Lay Pyay Nu Thway's role in the film earned critical acclaim and praise from her critics, boosting her fame.
She appeared in her second big-screen film Ae The Guest (The Guest), in which she appeared in Shwe Htoo and Shwe Hmone Yati, which premiered in Myanmar cinemas on May 30th.
