Fantastic flops!A look back at film reboots that failed to resurrect hit franchises from Charlie's Angels to female-led Ghostbusters and THOSE critically panned Fantastic Four films

Remakes and reboots are almost as old as Hollywood, and some of the best films of all time are redos of earlier attempts. However, the film industry's increasing reliance on established intellectual property (IP) and concerns about financing original stories has resulted in a shift toward increased attention on franchises, which require regular reboots to keep them running. At the "Indiana Jones" Premiere, Adam Scott has a Cool-Dad Moment with his Daughter

He's not a regular dad; he's a cool dad. Adam Scott raised the bar for father-daughter outings by taking his 14-year-old daughter, Frankie, to the LA premiere of "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny" on June 14th. On the red carpet, the two women hugged, with Frankie wearing a purple cardigan and black-wash jeans, and Scott wearing a white T-shirt and jacket. This is one of the rare occasions Scott has brought any of his children with him to a big event, as he and his partner, Naomi Scott, prefer to keep their children out of the spotlight.
Although Scott does not normally accompany his children out in public, he does have a few glimpses into his fatherhoodhood. "My daughter is going to see Trump where it hurts," he tweeted in 2017 with a snapshot of Frankie holding a handmade "Trump Eats Farts" sign. Frankie and his son, Graham, watch shows like "The Good Place" and "Superstore" over his "Parks and Recreation" every year, but not because of a lack of trying. "I'm kind of like," he said, "You know what would fit well into the comedy trifecta." He continued, "Parks and Rec." would be an excellent match, but "I'm sure it doesn't sound right" because his children's voices have stated, "I don't sound right."
