Heavily pregnant Australian woman Adara Brooks (pictured left) is one of many people stranded in Vanuatu as the Pacific island country's national airline went into voluntary liquidation on Friday. On Thursday it emerged that all international flights scheduled on Air Vanuatu (plane pictured right) until Sunday had been cancelled, as the government 'reviewed' the airline's future. Ms Brooks, who is 31 weeks pregnant, said she and her husband Tyler were about to leave for the airport when they heard their flight had been cancelled, and the next flight out could now be weeks away.

The new Australia business to fail is a well-known gourmet meal delivery start-up. ChefPrep, the former ChefPrep, went into administration last week after struggling to obtain more funds just two years after it was established.
