Monaco midfielder Mohamed Camara has been suspended for four games after taping over the LGBTQ+ logo on his kit. Camara, a Muslim, covered up the badge on the front of his shirt with white tape as Monaco beat Nantes 4-0 in their final Ligue 1 game of the season, with the 24-year-old scoring a penalty in that game. He didn't take part in the initiative because of 'religious reasons'.

Manchester City 3-0 Young Boys: After a triumphant Etihad win, Pep Guardiola's team defeated Pep Guardiola and Phil Foden, putting the team in Champions League knockout stages

ACK GAUGHAN AT THE ETIHAD: Mohamed Camara, the Young Boys captain, was clearly village in his first run after Erling Haaland was like a schoolboy at halftime. Please sir, could I have your shirt? However, this is the result that Haaland has had. And among his peers; even the guy who is supposed to be identifying him. At least Camara has something to remember the night by. No doubt, a pool table will be framed shortly. Raphael Wicky, Camara's boss, was not all thrilled. By that time, Manchester City had advanced to the knockout stages, with two goals established and in no mood to surrender. Haaland will score his second of the evening a little while later on Sunday, providing a welcome boost in confidence before Chelsea, and Pep Guardiola could pull his superstar on the hour. All of them are very peaceful.

Mikel Arteta's team won on a home debut for several summer signings in their last test before their Community Shield showdown against Manchester City. However, the visitors were stern opponents, and they took the lead in the first half. After good play from Mohamed Camara, with the midfielder picking up the ball and bursting into the box, a cross was sent by Youssouf Fofana to go home. Arsenal reacted quickly, inspired in part by Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber's excellent results before the interval, and then found the equalizer. Gabriel Martinelli, a talented front three player, picked out Eddie Nketiah with a corner, allowing him to volley in.
