A class action lawsuit surrounding the possibility of fertility problems has been settled during a tidy period underwear
www.dailymail.co.uk,

Thinx has decided to resolve a class action case involving $450,000 to anyone who purchased its underwear from 2016 to 2022, although it continues to deny that PFAs and nanoparticles are used in its underwear. The complaint, which was filed last spring in New York's Southern District, claims that the time underwear was found to contain so-called 'forever chemicals' near the crotch area, which could result in fertility problems and cancers in large amounts. It also says that nanoparticles of silver deposited near the crotch may place women at a higher risk of sexually transmitted diseases and may be absorbed through the blood stream. Despite the compensation, Thinx has continued to market its underwear as 'organic and non-toxic,' according to the complaint, and it still denies that the chemicals are used.
