According to a long-time friend, Power Rangers actor Jason David Frank suffered with mental illness and bouts of depression before being discovered hanged in his Texas hotel bathroom and dying at the age of 49. Frank was always open with him about his mental health, but kept it private from the majority of the public, according to TMZ on Monday. Frank had many people die from suicide, according to the 43-year-old professional fighter, who claims he has been friends with the actor since 2010, and his mother died a few years ago after a bout with cancer. According to a Mighty Morphin Power Ranger friend, the actor had been feeling ill as the deaths had taken a toll on him.
