The incident occurred on August 21 at Rosa Parks Early Learning Center, but the parents were only alerted of the incident on Monday after repeatedly demanding a copy from Dayton Public Schools. Braylen Tootle was man-handled by the teacher, his parents, Robert Tootle, and Taneshia Lindsay, who were unaware of what happened until they picked their son up that day. The employee has not been identified, but he is on leave, pending an investigation.

Despite being admitted to the hospital where professionals tried to revive him, the father of four died. Vicki, 31, his husband's death was deeply regrettable, and she said it was "avoidable" the length of time he waited for assistance. After suffering from a heart attack, the 31-year-old was devastated to hear her beloved husband's final words over the phone as he lay at home on his own.

According to an electronic trade Union national amenities survey, one in five women did not have access to sanitary bins at work. Women (left, stock image) were up to ten percent less likely to have permanent toilets than their male counterparts (right, stock photo). Compared to just over 30% of men, almost half of female respondents said they had raised an issue regarding inadequate services.
